The provincial-level innovation platform has gained further robust endorsement, successfully securing approval for the Shandong Engineering Research Center for Heavy-Duty Petrochemical Centrifugal Pumps, the Shandong Enterprise Technology Center, and the Shandong Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base. This establishes a multi-level, high-standard new matrix for scientific research, innovation, and talent aggregation.
Technological breakthroughs have been frequently achieved, with over a dozen new invention patents added. The independently developed carbon dioxide booster pump has broken through technological barriers, and was included in the Shandong Province’s Catalog of Major Technological Equipment and the Shandong Innovation Product Application Directory. This provides core equipment support for green and low-carbon industries such as CCUS.
The digital transformation has advanced in depth, with comprehensive implementation of digital twin applications. The plant-wide intelligent monitoring and analysis system, as well as the energy consumption management and equipment lifecycle control system, have been established, enabling more efficient production operations, more precise decision-making, and a more robust security framework. This marks the beginning of a new journey toward smart manufacturing.
